Maritime Building Materials LTD was founded by Prince Edward Island locals Mitchell Richard and Lucas Arsenault, who began their journey in the construction industry by developing residential units. Recognizing the excessive prices of certain building materials, they were determined to make a change. The duo understood that the supply chain often inflates costs due to too many intermediaries, and who wouldn't want to save costs without sacrificing quality? With previous experience in various international industries, they founded MBM to help reduce expenses and offer more competitive rental options for their community.
